Blackie's By the Sea is a welcoming bar on the oceanfront. A small environment where you can enjoy your favorite drinks, there are manu TV's to watch sports as well. Their overall theme made me appreciate the establishment. And I would highly recommend all bar goers to see this place out. Thank you and God bless Blackie's By the Sea!

Dive bar on the beach where the prices won't make your head spin. Plenty of space to sit and stand and a few pool tables too chill too. Lots of California, beach, surfing memorabilia and a nice vibe.

Love this place, the locals and the bartenders are so nice and friendly. We will definitely visit this bar again. Please come and visit, you will have a great time, everyone was so nice and friendly.

I meant to order a mixed drink but I needed up ordering a shot of mezcal. The women at the bar were so friendly and helpful. Overall good vibes a little more expensive but worth it for the drinks

When you want to hang on the beach and have a few cocktails, this place can't be beat. Wonderful service and a great time. I highly recommend it.

Blackie’s is the best little hole-in-the-wall Bar near the beach! A fantastic place to go to hang out with your favorite friends, grab a bite of food and the drinks are great! Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's REALLY a ’hole-in-the-wall’ because of the size (the bar goes on forever!), or it's cleanliness (this place has great staff to clean up after us patrons!); I say it because Blackie’s By the Sea is very unassuming. At first glance when you walk in you might think the same thing, but believe me when I say this ’little hole’ suddenly opens up into one of the best divided bars I've ever seen! The main bar is near the entrance with chairs and tables. As you travel in, passing the restrooms on your left, there is a Live Band Karaoke Bar! No jokes! If you love Karaoke or love to hate Karaoke, after a few drinks you'll be up on stage singing your heart out. *This may only be on Sunday afternoons so call before you go if that's your kind of fun! As you take the Google Maps tour with me, just head up the stairs to a more quiet intimate sort of area just to hang out. But wait, there's more! Up a patch of stairs you'll find the oasis of Blackie’s Best: The sun-drenched outdoor rooftop patio! It might appear small although you won't believe your eyes when you sit down at a table with a cold adult beverage in hand, your closest friends surrounding you, and the warm of that Southern California day -- You'll forget that late project for work or the argument with your noisy neighbors. So just sit back, breath in that salty Pacific Ocean air and enjoy the moment!
